Langley 216 Business Park

Since 2009, Mitchell Group has been assembling land for the Langley 216 Business Park, which is intended to generate employment opportunities within the Township of Langley. At full build-out, the Langley 216 Business Park will be an 80-acre business park with retail, office, and warehouse space totaling over one million square feet. Langley 216 is located at the Hwy 1 and 216th Street Interchange, providing freeway access and visibility. 

The project opening is expected to coincide with the opening of the Hwy 1 and 216th Interchange in 2019, which is currently under construction. The Township of Langley is underway with the neighbourhood planning process, expected to complete in the summer of 2018.
